If the product does not work properly within the warranty period, please contact us at support@omtechlaser.uk for after-sales service. Make sure your email contains a valid order number or an alternative proof of purchase. OMTech is committed to handling product repairs and offering free after-sales service.

The scope of the guarantee and warranty period varies from product to product. Please refer to the product details page for specific warranty coverage and warranty period for each product.

Notice:
The "warranty period" is calculated starting from the date of the invoice.
The product packaging and gift are not covered by the warranty.
Defects or damage resulting from incorrect or improper use, maintenance, storage, or acts of God are not covered in the warranty.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns of OMTech products require prior approval from OMTech's customer support team. Refunds may involve a shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the item's original purchase price. Any shipping and restocking fees initially estimated during return authorization are subject to adjustment after verification.

Please make sure to keep the original shipping crate and its accompanying packing materials, as customers are responsible for covering the cost of all return shipping materials.

Orders canceled by customers after being dispatched from our warehouses, including any relevant shipping or restocking charges, are still subject to this Return Policy, regardless of whether delivery has been completed at the time of cancellation.

OMTech does not accept returns or refunds for software purchases.

Return Policy for Manufacturer Defects:

The following policy applies only to returns of OMTech products that show significant manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery to the shipping address. For cases of defects or damage occurring after delivery, please refer to our separate guarantee statement. The term "significant defects" pertains to concerns or impairment that distinctly influence the machine's operational performance.

A product with significant manufacturing defects may only be returned to OMTech for a refund of the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of receipt, subject to inspection and prior approval from the Customer Service team. If upon inspection, the item or part is defective due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, or misuse/abuse, the item will be subject to the non-defective return policy.

1. OMTech will not accept items returned without their prior approval.

2. Your item must remain in its original condition as received to be eligible for a return.

3. Your item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Installation or training costs will not be reimbursed.

5. To initiate a product return, customers must obtain approval from our customer service department via email before shipping. Due to freight costs, we do not provide refunds for returns that have not been approved.

6. OMTech is not responsible for any relocation costs incurred by shipping or returning our products.

Return Policy for Products without Manufacturer Defects:

The following policy applies only to returns of OMTech products that are sent back to the shipping address without significant manufacturing defects and in good condition.

A non-defective product may be returned to OMTech within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price less a variable shipping and restocking fee pending inspection with the following changes/fees:

 

1. OMTech will not refund the original shipping cost or the shipping and handling fees incurred during the return process.

2. To cover costs associated with return shipping, handling, and anticipated resale, a standard shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned items during inspection by OMTech.

a. For items returned in new and perfect condition, a shipping and restocking fee, capped at 15% of the total regular purchase price of the item, will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

b. For items that are returned fully functional but have been previously used and are not in perfect condition, a shipping and restocking fee, capped at 30% of the regular total purchase price of the item, will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

c. For items returned in fully working condition but altered with aftermarket components, a shipping and restocking fee, capped at 45% of the total regular purchase price of the item, will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

d. Items returned in an incomplete or non-working condition due to damage or modifications made by the customer, as well as items with subsequent modifications that negatively impact the machine's performance, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

3. Installation or training costs will not be reimbursed.

REFUNDS

OMTech does not accept returns or refunds for software purchases.

Upon receiving your item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of its receipt. After inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), and you can expect to receive the credit within a few days, subject to your card issuer's policy.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't yet received a refund, begin by checking your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. Usually, there's a processing period before a refund is posted.

Discounts (if applicable)

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase. If you encounter any concerns or questions regarding discounts, it's crucial to reach out to our customer support before placing your order.

Sale Items (if applicable)
