Payment
Bank Transfer
When paying in advance, please transfer the amount within seven calendar days. The ordered items are reserved for you during this period. This period begins on the date of receipt of the order confirmation. If your payment is received at a later date, there is no guarantee that we will still have the ordered items in stock. In such a case, we will promptly refund your advanced payment.
Please select the bank transfer option as the payment method, click on "Buy", and you will receive our bank details. We will also send you an email with our bank details.
Once you've made the payment, kindly send us the payment confirmation via email to facilitate the order processing.
Credit Card
After you have placed and paid for your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
Klarna
Using Klarna, you can conveniently make immediate payments through bank transfers, direct debits, or credit cards for your orders. You can access and manage all your purchases at any time via the Klarna app.
With Klarna, we offer you the option of installment purchases ( Payment limit for three installments is 1000 and no limit on pay later) or immediate purchases (Immediate payment limit 4000) with later payment. With Klarna installment purchase (3 months) you can shop today and split your costs in 3 interest-free instalments. With the Klarna invoice you can buy a new item today and pay for it upon receipt. Klarna will provide you with purchase information, and you can directly send the payment to Klarna.
PayPal
After placing your order, you will be directed to the PayPal page. Here, you can log in to your PayPal account and use your preferred payment source for the transfer.
Coupon Code
You can redeem a voucher at checkout. After entering the coupon code and clicking "Apply", the discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order. Please note: If you do not click "Apply" before proceeding to checkout, the coupon will not be applied to your order.
OMTech Invoice (ONLY for Public Institutions)
We offer public institutions and authorities the option to place orders for machines via an invoice. Here is how it works:
1. Place your order directly in our shop and select the "bank transfer" payment method without having to pay for the order in advance.
2. Inform us about your setup and your order by email: support@omtechlaser.uk
3. After checking your information, we will send you a confirmation within 48 hours and make shipping arrangements.
4. You will receive the invoice in PDF format by email.
Note: The order must be paid within 30 days of receiving the machine.
