A. Laser Engraving Machine Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled technician to provide remote support to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with laser engraving machines. The role also involves offering on-site diagnostic and repair services to ensure optimal functionality and performance of the machines.

1. Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of laser engraving machine principles and operations.
  • Proven ability to effectively diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to laser engraving machines.
  • Familiarity with standard troubleshooting techniques and best practices in laser machine maintenance.

2. Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of laser engraving machines is preferred.
  • A track record of successfully repairing various brands and models of laser engraving machines is a plus.
B. Remote Support Technician

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, video calls, and remote access tools to address operational and knowledge-based inquiries.
  • Guide customers in understanding product functions and operating methods, helping them troubleshoot usage issues to ensure they can fully utilize the product's capabilities.
  • Deliver real-time guidance and training to help customers overcome technical challenges, enhance their understanding of the product, and improve their proficiency.
  • Document customer feedback and solutions to provide ongoing support and follow-up services, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
