OMTech Polar stands out with its compact dimensions (970 x 565 x 234 mm) and a low net weight of 47 kg. Despite being 80% smaller in volume compared to conventional 50W machines, it offers the same working area. The integrated cooling system minimizes space requirements - ideal for limited spaces.
At the heart of OMTech Polar is a robust 50W laser, with a lightning-fast engraving speed of up to 500 mm/s. It can effortlessly cut through walnut up to 15 mm thick and acrylic up to 20 mm thick, to meet your requirements.
Polar Laser enables a quick preview by overlaying the engraving design on the real-time display of the engraved object. After pressing the start button, the Polar automatically performs the necessary tasks without the need for elaborate positioning or size confirmation. The integrated camera supports not only scanning fixed patterns but also remotely monitoring the progress through the software.
With a product size of 97 x 56.5 x 23.4 cm and a net weight of 47 kg, this CO2 laser engraving machine boasts a processing area of 300x510 mm, allowing for the processing of larger objects. Simultaneous engraving or cutting of multiple parts enables efficient mass production.
Our laser engraving machines use safety relays of the highest safety level. The safety relays are certified by the world's largest testing organization, SGS, and comply with the ISO 13849-1:2023 standard. The safety architecture and performance level meet PL e with Cat. 4.
The package includes two rotary axes, which allow for engraving on various cylinder or cone diameters. These rotary axes provide flexibility and enable smooth 360° rotation engravings on cylindrical and conical surfaces.
